I'm so happy you're here!

My Spiritual Journey began after connecting with unconditional love during a Reiki session in mid-2021. It changed my life. I was lying on the Reiki table with my heart exploding and tears streaming down my face. I knew everything was going to be okay. I think about that experience daily.

My reiki practitioner told me that my heart was like a fierce warrior with a story to tell. My purpose in this lifetime is to help you connect to the warrior and story within your heart. When you connect with the divine love that exists within you, you create a Sacred Bridge to your highest version of self. Tapping into our highest version of self allows us to live a more grateful and fulfilled life.

My work in the Akashic Records focuses on 2 Pillars – Awareness & Perspective. Awareness is often the first step on our personal healing journey. The Akashic Record helps us become more aware of ourselves, our purpose, and any roadblocks or challenges we may be facing. We are constantly becoming more aware, and always taking new first steps. The second pillar is Perspective. The Akashic Record will often reveal to us a new perspective which can clear energetic blocks and help us move forward with new awareness, thus bringing us back to the first pillar. An endless cycle of LOVE, learning, clearing, and inspired action with new awareness and perspective.

Reiki is a unique and individualized experience that has the ability to open us up to so much more.

More love, connection, peace and potential! It's a beautiful healing modality and no two Reiki sessions are the same. I became a Reiki practitioner to give my clients the opportunity to experience the life-changing benefits that I have received from Reiki. It truly changed my life.

This work has been incredibly fulfilling to me, and I am so grateful to my clients for allowing me to bear witness to their highest, most divine version of self! I integrate Reiki into all my Akashic Record Readings, but I also offer in-person Intuitive Reiki sessions at the Healing Society in East Nashville.

In my free time, I love to spend time with my partner Jed and our 3 doggies. I love traveling, visiting coffee shops, and people watching. I love being outside, and I am an avid tennis player. I am currently in a 13 month Astrology Mentorship, and hope to implement astrology into my readings in the future.

Akashic Records

The Akashic Record contains information about your soul’s journey through time. We access this information to receive guidance on your path and purpose in this lifetime, clarity on challenges you are facing, information about your own unique energetic and spiritual gifts, or simply to understand yourself better. The Akashic Record only contains messages of love, information for your highest good, and information that is meant for you at this time.

What to expect in your Akashic Records reading:

We begin your session with a heart-opening meditation, an oracle card pull, and then we access your records using a unique prayer. Once we are in your records, I channel the answers to the 3-5 questions you have submitted in advance. The channeled guidance lasts between 30-40 minutes, and we spend any remaining time integrating with distance Reiki.

Intuitive Reiki

Reiki is an ancient Japanese healing technique composed of 2 words – REI meaning divine or universal, and KI meaning life force. Life Force Energy exists in every living organism on earth, and we can use this profound healing technique to help us restore our life force energy. Reiki relieves pain, reduces stress, increases creativity, increases awareness, plus so many more beautiful benefits!

What to expect in a Reiki session:

Expect to feel relaxed and refreshed! We will begin with setting intentions and a short meditation. I will channel the healing energy of Reiki into your body with hands-on or hands-off touch. We will spend the last 10-15 minutes going over any intuitive messages received during your session.
